Just to make sure you know, the data mentioned are from the 2018 NREL report on water treatment and savings, which was commissioned by the GSA for non-chemical application trials at two central Data Center locations. It's an excellent technical document for those seeking a solid return on investment in utility costs. I had always known about our high water (incoming + sewer rates), but I was surprised to see how high we were here in the PNW, especially in Seattle.
