I have had a number of folks referring to WCTI as a Device (i.e. Non Chemical Device - NCD). So I wanted to refer everyone to this handout to help explain the three basic methodologies for treat ing cooling tower water. Hope this helps. WCTI is completely unique. Their are attempts out there to mimic this technology, however, there are very clear patents protecting this approach. Our propriety High Efficiency Softeners HES allows ultra high quality of hardness removal at 1/3 the salt and 1/3 the regeneration water required.

I have been asked about the relationship between traditional hard water chemical programs and our WCTI soft water approach. This will hopefully help those that want to know how these two approaches are related.
